Michael Vanhevel Sings ELVIS
On Dec. 4, 1956, four of the biggest (or soon to be biggest) names in music gathered in a small Memphis recording studio for. what would become a legendary, impromptu jam session. Three of the four members of what a local newspaper reporter dubbed the "Million Dollar Quartet" -- Carl Perkins, Johnny Cash and Jerry Lee Lewis -- were all signed to Sam Phillips' Sun Records at that time, but the fourth, Elvis Presley, had moved on to a bigger label and fame and glory after getting his start on the label. Available now, this collection features some of the songs featured in that show – and a couple more Elvis standards. Michael is currently starring as ELVIS in 'Million Dollar Quartet' in Gannonoque and Sudbury this summer
And now for a little Holiday music.......
